Product Return Policy

If the item is brand new in the original box, a restocking fee of 10% will apply. If the item has been opened or taken out of the package, subjected to a restocking fee of up to 25%. Shipping cost and insurance of the item back to FenFabrication is the responsibility of the customer. The restock fee is 10% + the actual shipping cost of the item sent to the customer. International shipping, any fees, exchange rate losses, taxes, duty, are not eligible for refund under any circumstances. We do NOT accept returns for any reason on electrical parts.
Items that have been installed or used are not eligible to be returned. FenFabrication does not take responsibility for incorrectly placed orders or damaged items from improper installation or abuse.
Return requests must begin within 10 days of successfully receiving any item according to the date received by the customer.
If a refund is due, the refund will be initiated upon approval of the return once it arrives to us. Please allow up to 72 hours for an approval of the return and if approved, the refund will take up to 14 business days for the amount to be returned to the payment method used depending on the bank or institution.
Refunds or Cancellations PAID with PayPal will be refunded minus the PayPal fee collected by PayPal at the time of purchase as PayPal’s new refund policy does NOT refund fees.
Product Warranty
Fenfabrication does not provide any warranties on products sold other than FenFabrication brand products. Manufacturer warranties will apply to all other items listed. FenFabrication will assist with warranty claims for all of our customers. If a warranty claim is needed, we will process the claim directly with the manufacturer or assist the customer in the process of submitting the warranty claim. FenFabrication products carry a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects to the original purchaser.
Product Liability
Fenfabrication LLC is not liable for any damages or expenses that a product sold may cause to persons, vehicle, or property. It is the buyers responsibility to have products professionally installed on their vehicle. The consumer also assumes full responsibility for ensuring that the product is legal in their state and FenFabrication accepts no responsibility for a product that may violate safety or emissions laws.
All products sold by FenFabrication are designated for off-road use only.
