P2C90 PCV Fix Kit – 2025+ Explorer ST (Aftermarket Intakes)

The P2C90 fix kit is only required for some 2025+ Ford Explorer STs running aftermarket intakes. This trouble code is related to the PCV system and is typically triggered when the engine is not pulling adequate vacuum.

Because this issue does not affect every 2025+ Explorer ST, this kit may not be necessary for all vehicles. Factors such as elevation, driving habits, intake tube diameter, and vacuum source placement can all influence whether the P2C90 code occurs.
