FENFABrication Postioner Jigs

These new Fenfabrication positioner jigs are an essential accessory when welding bends with a positioner. If you are looking for consistency and repeatability, these jigs are a must. A wide range of sizes are available to accommodate diameters from 1.5″ sch10 OD to 4″ OD. These jigs are beefed up for better clamping and are made from 3/16″(sides) and 1/4″(base) 6061. These jigs are self centering by using the back edge of the jigs and comes with an piece of aluminum to help center the tubing as show in this video. The sizes included are 1.5″ sch10 short, 1.5″ sch10 long, 2.5″, 2.75″, 3″, 3.5″, and 4″. These kits are weld them yourself.
